Well, I feel like this is a theory that may get tested in some way, but Vance is on the record saying he would definitely violate the bejesus out of the Constitution on Trump's say so in the way Pence refused to, which totally explains how Vance (who once described Trump as "Hitler") got picked for the job.
I mostly savage Vance around this blog for being a yellow-bellied Putin-appeasement monkey, but I also want you to know he's an authoritarian Christofascist fucknut with extreme anti-abortion views who thinks women should stay with abusive husbands "for the children" (yes, a deeply unhealthy POV). He's a climate change denier and a faux-populist--he talks some kind of game about the working class but despises actual working people.
He's basically what you'd get if you tried to Weird Science-up a VP candidate by feeding a computer the Project 2025 manual and hooking it up to a My Buddy doll.
Now you may take all this to mean I think he's a terrible choice for Trump's running mate, and you'd be wrong. I think Vance is an off-putting weirdo. And I love that for Trump, because he does not add a single vote.
So that's probably not all I have to say about that, but it covers most of my impressions.

He's having normal thoughts about when people are "doing it" and whether they will get babies. As one does. He's less concerned about how young parents will be able to take care of them.

I understand these sex weirdos dominate the Republican Party but, are white conservative women (and men) going to go along with the No Divorce at all? I mean I know in practice white men will be able to get a Divorce because that Bitch! amirite yer honor?!? but unless white conservative men think they can cheat with reckless abandon without consequence or that they will have absolute control over money in a marriage I don't get this being a draw...
The problem isn't so much men cheating. There's a gender gap in who initiates divorces--women initiate divorce something like 2/3's of the time. They do worse economically--losing something like 25-50% of their financial standard of living. The numbers point out that they have strong motivations--a lot of time physical or mental abuse, and differences in how children are raised. Contra MRA's, women are treated nearly equally in terms of things like custody. SO, as with abortion and birth control, it comes down to control of what women do. For well-off white women, they are compensated for the shit they have to eat in a bad relationship (I imagine Melania knows what Donald is and it's been made worthwhile for her). At the working class level--what are you losing? Might as well be a single mom and take it for granted kids aren't a barrier to finding a new relationship.
Although in the world post Project 2025, I guess we'll go back to men having "attic wives" like in some Victorian novel or clapping us in mental asylums.
