TWGB: The Fourth Indictment is Here and It's Beautiful

I feel like the other indictments against former president Trump are all really special in their way, of course. I mean, it's not really just four is it? There's Manhattan, and the Florida documents one, and the DC 1/6 one, but can't we sort of count the superseding indictment to the Florida one as a sort of other....

Nah. No need to. The Georgia indictment is the unlucky number four for Trump, the one he bragged he needed to clinch the 2024 election. It's not just charges against Trump, but includes 18 others and mentions other unindicted co-conspirators, and displays the lengths that the Trump 2020 campaign were willing to go to in order to try to steal the election

And it is beautiful. The truth:

Defendant Donald John Trump lost the United States presidential election held on November 3, 2020. One of the states he lost was Georgia. Trump and the other Defendants charged in this Indictment refused to accept that Trump lost, and they knowingly and willfully joined conspiracy to unlawfully change the outcome of the election in favor of Trump. That conspiracy contained common plan and purpose to commit two or more acts of racketeering activity in Fulton County, Georgia, elsewhere in the State of Georgia, and in other states.

He lost, and he and his associates tried to overturn the election in Georgia and in other states. In my state, as a matter of fact. And I'm still mad about it. They engaged in lying about the election results--particularly members of the elite strike farce, Giuliani, Ellis, and the Kraken. They lied about election workers Shaye Moss and Ruby Freeman and caused them to be harassed. With horrible results for these innocent election workers.

This indictment lays out the conspiracy in terms of how the co-conspirators planned to steal an election, through forgery (of "false electors" certifications) and various lies and pressure campaigns on elected officials. It explains what occurred so clearly, I just need people to stop everything and read it. The Georgia "perfect phone call" was anything but. The co-conspirators employed absurd but superficially plausible conspiracy theories to allege election fraud.

They pretended that the election was rigged against former President Trump, when clearly, all the evidence shows Trump associates engaging in rigging after the fact of the election, which, to reiterate in a very satisfying way--HE LOST!

Other TrumpWorld news is probably going on, but a lot of it is opinion stuff about how Trump is too insurrection-y to be a 2024 candidate and how not getting the NY case transferred to a federal case is really bad for Trump but I'm not about that right now.

Give Fani Willis her flowers--this indictment is beautiful and she put in the work to bring this case this far and I want to see it unfold, because this case will have cameras and Trump will get fully processed without the deference he has so far been shown. And appreciate every moment that Trump is made to understand we don't have kings here. And maybe, with the right exposure to that reality, his fan club will understand that, too.

I do have questions about probable co-conspirators who are missing from this document, but I think why will make a lot of sense as the case unfolds. Lindsey Graham and Lin Wood just feel really conspicuous here by their absence,

I also don't want to neglect to note that Trump straight up started his day witness tampering on Truth Social, and it did him exactly no good. I wonder if that will come up during his arraignment and if that violation affects his charge to not violate the law under his latest bond instructions. Because I feel like his little testing of boundaries needs to start costing him so he stops doing it.

And maybe we need to start discussing whether this one-man crime wave and his attempt to overturn an election and overthrow the rule of law under the Constitution should be counted out as a 2024 candidate because he did commit insurrection. At the bare minimum, he and we need to see speedy trial(s). Because a new election might depend upon people understanding the full depth and breadth of this man's corruption.

This is no witch hunt, not now that it's been laid out that there is video of the coven meetings and a drawer-full of contracts with the devil. But I expect tomorrow Trump will be in rare voice, if he isn't already tearing up the Truth Social bandwidth with fresh ravings.

It really is beautiful indictment.

Graham doesn't appear to be a co-conspirator yet, but it was HIS call to Raffensperger that convinced the Secretary to record future calls. And we know how that turned out.
THANKS for your service, Lindsey.

I really don't know if Graham has TURNT out or what, but all the same, MAGA should just be looking at him funny on general principals just to be sure.
