A Billion at the Border?

 

There is a difference of a few zeroes between a million and a billion, but the above screen-capped Tweet from Rep. Debbie Lesko points to what is actually an accomplishment (over a million apprehended!) that demonstrates that no, the border is being defended. That's not an open border. People just want to come to the US because it is a nice place to live. Same as the reason they always do. But they are being stopped at the border. 

You can see how apprehensions have gone up at this link. Dispelling the accusation isn't hard.  It just needs to be done aggressively.

our border is undefended? like we don't have the biggest defense budget in the world, larger than our "peer" competitors combined? no navy, no coast guard, no ICE, no border patrol?

give me a fucking break.

and yeah, the simple fact that these immigrants were stopped, drugs were seized show the border is well-fucking-defended.

fucking maroons. the lot of them.
