I wonder where Trump could have learned this very important job-related question from? Oh! That's right! His oath of office, which he has taken twice:

I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the Office of President of the United States, and will to the best of my Ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.

 

Yes, "uphold" would be a part of all that. This is like fudging about over the words "due process".  "due" is just a three-letter little word. We have a Constitutional process--it's what's due. Bill of Rights? Bill is due.

Trump is what you get when you have a man who doesn't understand one-syllable words. He's not competent and lacks every capacity of psychology and wit to achieve competency. 

(Yes, yes, I know that Trump's "I don't know" more or less boils down to "I don't want to say I don't think it applies to me because fuck you is why."  But that's no reason I can't also point out he is as stupid as a fish brassiere.)

Trump hates foreign films because there's too much reading, I think.  This man is dumb and insane.  He doesn't know what he's ding so he comes up with weird unnecessary shit to do. Important things will fall apart while he just piles on demented obsessions. We deserve better than this.
