Ah. It's one of those damn flying nuisance Iranian gunboats. He's apparently referring to an incident from last week.

Did you ever get the feeling someone was trying to distract you? Because...yeah.  Just like the sudden immigration pause talk, this Iran gunboat tweet feels a bit familiar. There's nothing like talking shit on Twitter, after, to take your mind off whatever Trump is failing at now, and get you to thinking about the other stuff he also....is not good at.

I have no idea if this is strategic or if this is just a weird tic, like the way he deflects criticism and directs blame onto other people and pathologically lies and stuff like that.
