FBI Recommends No Charges in Clinton Email Investigation



I have the feeling that anyone who expected that there would be charges, erroneously expected that because they feel a particular way about Hillary Clinton. Director Comey said that {no reasonable prosecutor" would bring forth a case based on this investigation--but I can't help but think any number of "unreasonable prosecutors: would (cue another House Republican partisan boondoggle, anyone?) Comey has a hell of a good reputation for character, but this won't stop people (like Trump, predictably) from crying "Rigged!"

But claiming something is so, doesn't make it so. He can cry all he wants.

UPDATE: And now Republicans want an independent counsel. Because of course they do.
