Climate Sunday: It's the Science, Stupid.

I could weave these together into a post showing how the science is treated politically/framed/treated as a faith issue instead of as science, but I'm still getting into the swing of regular posting, and I think you can see how the articles are linked, anyway.


Belief in biblical end-times stifling climate change action in U.S.: study  As you doubtless already know--science still works whether one believes in it or not.


How climate scientists are being framed  Why, it's almost as if denialists wanted to change the subject away from the science and just smear scientists with ad hom arguments! Whatever could that mean?


Yep, well that prety much means exactly what it sounds like.

It's a little food for thought.

As you doubtless already know--science still works whether one believes in it or not.

And the world would go on splendidly without us.

If we continue to let this nasty tail wag the dog, we're all well and truly doomed... and it's creepy that they want that to happen.

Money. I'm pretty sure that's what happened. Maximum short term gain short-circuits long-term planning ability. People who say mankind is rational are like, the frontline in proof we ain't.
