J. D. Hayworth does not understand marriage equality.

Horses.

Yep. Kind of like my former Senator Rick Santorum's "man-on-dog" comment, which was really weird, this kind of reveals part of the odd way of looking at the world some anti-gay people have.

Marriage should be between consenting adult humans. It's all anyone is really looking for. Not with horses, dogs, or blueberry pies. Maybe androids or sentient alien life-forms someday (I have read too much science fiction....) But not other species, however domesticated they might be.

I even feel weird explaining that. It's almost as if that should not have to be explained, isn't it?
