"What bill?" Um, the one the President is talking about, I guess. You know the one you all should be working on.

And really, home-made sign, dude? Made it yourself, did you? How very, very professional to bring it to a joint session of Congress where you're kind of...on the job. It's not a tea-party, and it's not a townhall meeting, and you're supposed to be a member of Congress.

He just looks like a member.
