Just about the Message of the GOP. (Belated)

Cenk breaks it down--Jindal doesn't even believe in government--so why is he in government? If he knows of something better--he could propose it, but whoops, he ran to be a "governor". Which kind of presupposes an intention to govern and be part of the government. I kind think he knows that as governor of a state, he is kind of running one. Just saying. It isn't ultimately, that "Americans can do anything." The reality is, Americans united to form a government that can do anything. He tries to tell a story about how bureaucracy fails people, as he witnessed first hand.

But wait--oh, the story wasn't exactly like that?

It was more like this?

So, he wasn't exactly on the scene. And he heard bits of it second-hand. Just like he wasn't exactly listening to the President before he "not-rebutted" what the man had to say, by telling some background on himself and making with the folksy and Reagan-lite. Notes for Jindal--take a page from Obama's book: when the other party is speaking, Obama sometimes writes down what they say so as to address their points more effectively. Also, never wear a tie that looks like a barber pole. Its dynamic does not suit you. Never wobble directly into a camera from a poorly-lit corridor--it may be intended as drama, but it looks dumb. And don't think your personal story is interesting, unless it really is.

Is it?

We could not tell from what you presented. I know I'm saying this late, but if this is what is representing from the intelligent wing of the Republican party--we ain't bothered. Seriously.
