Welcome to the TrumpWorld Kakistocracy

Did you know that being a deer in the headlights "Me and My Shadow" fig leaf for El Cofeve might get you a berth as head of Homeland Security? Yep. Kristi "We Also Kill Dogs" Noem has gotten a little promise from the ship of state she chose to barnacle on. I guess it is something she promises beyond supporting Trump in his momentary "Swaycation" from a rally where he momentarily found himself beyond words. I'm trying not to think it's because she put a half roll of quarters in his front pockets and offered to make change.

You know, if right wing fuck for brains want to pretend Kamala Harris slept her way to the top, there is no end to the fucktacular permutations amongst RW personalities permissible--especially if they have already demonstrated being down like a clown. I presume Marco Rubio's exceptional capacity for supine boneless nuggetry has enhanced his likelihood for being chosen for Secretary of State. I can also foresee his being eventually "You're Fired'd" after giving up a guaranteed lifetime Senate seat. Compared to the other Sec of State possibilities he seems like the least worst--so there has to be a catch.

Maybe the endgame is Lara Trump as former RNC chair running for his vacated seat as some have suggested. Imagine being a gold-digger and marrying Eric Trump. Of course you find yourself working for a living. He's a cotton candy tampon. Useless.

We have Fox and Friends photogenic former military sociopath Pete Hegseth, war crime lover, as a potential SecDef.  Like maybe more so than the Cheney's were war crime lovers. I dunno. I know he seems kind of fucked up. and mostly about being "central casting".

And then there's Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy as a possible future office called: the Department of Government Efficiency.

DOGE. Because they can't stop with the unfunny tech bro in-jokes for a minute. But there's two government-outsider guys just randomly entrusted with "You'e Fried!"ing?

That sounds kind of crazy and not like something federal civil service laws allow?

And exactly like people who never worked for very long at any one place to gain any especial insight of institutional knowledge might think?

What these changes are promising is a clusterfuck where experienced people are moved out and no one especially understands how anything works, This is not good. They also want to purge generals. This is so bad if we were attacked by people we temporarily were convinced wouldn't do any such thing because a whole dumb noob was in charge of government. And promised he had such a great relationship because he was a stupid noob.

Every part of this plan is dumb and leaves us less great. All these people are less great than we need them to be.

I;d love to think a GOP senate would advise the executive branch to do better and only consent if the choices were better but I don't hold out hope they would.
