Someone's angry MAGA mee-maw became profanely enraged when advised that she can't come in to vote with her Trump shirt so she goes ahead and votes in her foundational garment.
Hallelujah. Be a suffragette, Ms. MAGA. Don't let them mothers tell you how to be. Vote for that serial sexual abuser, you dusty old sister-shafter.
Anyway, Trump's lil mini-me JD Vance rolled his eyes so hard his eyeliner flaked and responded:
"What a patriot."
A lot of people took this to mean he supported being abusive to poll workers, and wow! That truly seems to be the MAGA vibe.
I know a lot of people think this means Vance is being supportive of the abusive behavior, and that if he was a responsible leader, he would just advise his voters to be respectful of local law.
But you have to understand how really cunty Vance is being right here. What he's admiring is the work it took to give an older woman's dignity entirely away. She is profane, she is stripping herself, she doesn't understand why she can't be a billboard for her candidate, she is mad for stupid reasons and she thinks her vote for Trump fixes anything.
He values that MAGA support is made up of people just like this. He would support the chaos.
But he sees the same thing I do. This person of mature years has MAGA as her whole identity.
And he calls that "patriotism".
And it means the same thing as when Trump says "losers and suckers." And they will set her social security on fire and dance on the ashes. They will take away her granddaughters' rights and she will thank them for it. And maybe this is the last chance she gets to vote.
But she had the opportunity to vote for a seditionist, a rapist, and a white-collar fraud. And she dreamed she did it in her bra.
