And, as someone else pointed out, removing the section 230 protections means that Twitter could be sued for any libelous or defamatory statements that Trump makes as well.
The upshot of which seems to be: Twitter will still exist, probably, with a bunch of new rules, but Trump's account--won't. (I think Trump's account is possibly endangered once he's no longer in office, anyway, although his staggering 2017-2020 output should probably be archived for POTUS posterity.)
