It's voter suppression. It's maintaining the status quo by discouraging people's voices at the polls. I'm not sure how successful the Georgia Secretary of State's investigation into the "catastrophe" will be when some aspects of it, such as reducing the number of polling places, appear to be very much by design. And Georgia is not alone.
