UC-Davis--sadistic. Shame on them!

This clip of police deliberately pepper-spraying sitting, passive protesters is astonishing. How the hell does anyone decide this is justified? The protesters are human beings posing no threat to anything or anyone.  They were sitting. They only posed a threat to....what? Opinions?  They might have changed someone's mind?

Well, a picture of people being treated like that--sprayed like bugs!  Might change minds, too.

That was definitely not right.
