So, wait. An intellectually-incurious, somewhat vapid, presidential candidate is positive that some government agencies have to go, and that there's three big problem agencies he's fixin' to get rid of, but he just isn't sure of which ones they all are?
And that he forgot what one was called was the problem? Because, to me, that someone thinks he can just fold up whole agencies as if they weren't actually doing anything useful at all, when it seems like he wasn't quite sure what they were created for, and pretty much seems to just be picking'em out of a hat because it scores points with the government haters is the big problem--but yeah. Looking stupid at a debate is pretty bad, too.
