This is Rep. Louie Gohmert of Texas, who I'm sure I've mentioned on this blog before. The first minute or so of this clip is mostly a....misunderstanding regarding the proposed bill and abortion, but then he reveals that he sees demons:
Finally, it all makes sense. The parts of the bill that change the Federal laws regarding abortion funding are written in invisible ink in Enochian and are only revealed to those who are familiar with the arcana of the Goetia, which Gohmert, a rogue demon hunter, is obviously familiar with.
We liberals are definitely going to have to carry things out on a higher spiritual plane to evade the keen likes of Gohmert. Shemhampforasch!
