Review of The Eliminationists by David Neiwert--
I'm halfway through this book. I got this about two days ago--and yes, I got it as a premium in support of Buzzflash. It's a particularly sombering read after the murder of Dr. Tiller. Also, the early parts are like deja vu--same old tropes. Same old conservatives.
